Hello,
Our team is experiencing crashes where a team member gets kicked out of the file and can not re-open. Usually error 49 or 2161. We have to resave file or break up to fewer artboards per file or not have more than 1 or 2 working on file at same time.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening the cloud document.Would you mind sharing the OS version of your machine? Have you tried signing out of XD and Creative Cloud app, restart the machine and then sign back in? Please ensure whether core sync is uptodate and its running.

If this doesn't work, then kindly share us the cloud document you are trying to open .
