Unable to open prototype link on phone browsers

Over the last 2 days, I am no longer able to view prototype links on a mobile device. Tried multiple phones, browsers, wifi/4g connection but doesnt seem to be working at all.

Just get this screen and never loads in.

Any ideas???

Can you share the URL here so that we can test the link for you? Does the design work OK when you preview it in Adobe XD?

Works fine in preview mode in XD, and same on desktop. Prototypes have been working fine for the 5-6months ive been using XD but as of this week cant seem to open them on mobile browsers which is where i do alot of my testing.

Hi Simon,

I opened your link in Chrome Browser on my iPhone 6, and everything looks similar to what I see on the desktop. Can you try using a friend’s phone to see if you are able to reproduce the issue? Can you provide me with details of your setup if they are different than mine?

Still getting this issue for phone based browsers, as stated originally have tried tis on multiple iphone devices 6,7,X and same issue.

What details of setup would you like?

Hi Preran, Here's my link: Adobe XD CC . It used to work on mobile phone too, but yesterday when I check it works on desktop only (when I use developer tools to change it to iPhone view on my laptop it still works). It doesn't load when I open it on my iPhone. All of my other links also couldn't open now.

I opened it on my iPhone 6 running the latest iOS and it works just fine as far as I can see. Can you try reproducing the issue on another iPhone or similar device running iOS?

Hi Preran,

I've just tried it on my friend's phone (Samsung) and apparently it works. I guess I'll try to update my iOS then. Thank you
