Unable to open published link from XD (2weeks)

XD - Share Mode:

494 Error:

I have to copy link and goto browser as separate action.

When I click the link in XD it launches my browser (chrome) and infinitely loops between adobe login pages. If the loop does stop reeling, I input my login details, and it loops me around in circles n that too.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled chrome, I have logged out of everything and back in again, I have cleared all my cashes. Nothing works. Its frustrating.

seems a copied and pasted link works, just not when i click it from within XD share

Thank you for sharing the update. Would you mind try changing your internet connections and then try again? It looks like there are server issue? Please also try signing out of XD and Creative Cloud desktop and launch XD from CCDA after signing in.
