I am trying to open a file hosted on the Cloud. I last opened it 3 months ago. I just get an error message saying "It's not possible to open this document" with no explanation why.
I tried to search for similar problems and suggestions of what could be causing it, one I found was trying to open a Cloud file without Creative Cloud running or without a working internet connection, but that is not the case for me (and I can open other Cloud files fine, it's just this one).
I also saw a recommendation to try opening the file from a different computer. I tried it but it didn't work, I got the same message.
How can I recover access to my file so I don't lose all my work?

Please also share the version of XD and the operating system you're working on.
