Hi Madhuri, Thanks for reaching out and trying the steps in the troubleshooting guide. In addition to what Jagriti said, I would suggest you please try the below steps in sequence- Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app. Quit Creative Cloud Desktop app and kill all related processes from the activity monitor Restart the machine and then sign back in Creative Cloud and XD. If it doesn't help, please try uninstalling and reinstalling XD using the cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html...

Hi Madhuri,

Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing in xd. Would you please try quitting all instances of XD in task manager(win)/ activity monitor(mac). And then try updating xd again.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Jagriti Kashyap

Hi Jagriti,

I have already tried that but somehow once I force quit CCX Process
including all the other Adobe instances as mentioned in self
troubleshooting guidelines, I see them again in the activity monitor(mac)
almost immediately as soon as I force quit. I was unable to update.

Thanks, Madhuri
