Unable to open XD shared link on the browser, error: something went wrong.

The XD's shared link won't open in the browser and gives me this error:

Something went wrong.

You can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error.

 

It's been a week since I have this issue. would you please help me to fix it?

I followed their guide to stop few Adobe processes running in the task manager but it didnt help also 😞 

Pls share the solution here if you find any, Adobe support team is not really helpful. Thanks

My account is activated in the US and I recently moved somewhere else.

I tried using VPN and set my location to US. after that, I was able to open the file.

I think the issue is IP-related.

still using the VPN is not an option for some people. I hope the adobe support team gives us a solution.
