Unable to preview the design on mobile in XD.

I'm using xd on both desktop and mobile,
but I can't preview on mobile. It's not a cable problem
because iTunes works fine with cable connections.
It works fine when connected to mobile using xd on another computer.
It's a programmatic problem, but it can't be solved.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the information. If you are able to preview the design from the other computer connected to the mobile. It seems to be the system specific issue. Could you please check out this article for system requirements in XD: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/system-requirements.html?

We would also request you to please check if you have the latest version of XD installed on the machine.
