Unable to "edit main in source" component of shared file

New Here ,

I am unable to right click and edit main in source for components within a library that has been shared with me. My permissions are showing as "can edit". I am receiving the error message below. I am logged in to the correct account. Please advice on how I can fix this issue. Thanks!

Hi @hannahw23805023 ,

It sounds like you have the appropriate permissions to edit the shared file, but you still encounter an error when trying to edit a component within the library. Would you mind trying the steps shared below:

  1. Sign out of the Adobe CC Desktop app and Adobe XD app.
  2. Sign in again. This time you'll get two options while signing in, personal & organisation. Please try signing in with both accounts individually and see which account you can edit the library.

Let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

Thanks

Rishabh

Hi Rishabh,

When I sign out of both desktop and adobe xd and resign in, I am only provided with one option to sign in. We have SSO set-up to log in through our company. Not sure if that changes things? See image below in what screen I have when signing in.
