Unable to share XD prototype link, getting error 2401

Hi Adobe Team,

 

I am writing to tell you how frustrated I am.  My adobe XD hasn't shared prototype successfully( always error 2401) since I registered it as enterprise account. I always sent XD file to my peer for ask them to share the prototype link for me, it has been 4 MONTHs!! You can't imagine how inconvenient I am...

 

I had reported this issue before, and your staff tell me she will update this issue. However, I have been waiting for almost 2 months, the share feature still not working....still error 2401....

We're so sorry for the trouble and for the delay in resolution. I'd request if you can try the following the steps:

 

  1. Please ensure that XD is updated to the latest version which is 29.0.32.
  2. If you are getting this error on all the files, please connect to a different internet network.
  3. You can also try the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html

 

If none of them works, then we will need to check it at your machine level and I'd request you to contact us through chat or phone so that our agent can take a remote session and help you get back on track. To contact us, please head here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

    • Yes, is version 29.0.32.
  2. If you are getting this error on all the files, please connect to a different internet network.
    • I've tried on different wifi/laptop, but still the amne error.
  3. You can also try the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html
    • no solution for me.

 

I can't create cloud XD document too, could you check my account?

Sorry for the delay in response Athem, please update to the latest version of Adobe XD that is 29.3 and if the issue still persist, I'd request you to log an Enterprise Support ticket for the same.
