Unable to update broken links and components

When we go to update our components on older documents, a lot of them are causing errors. There is no clear reason why these components are not updating. If we could speak to someone from Adobe who could walk us through how to fix this isssue, that would be great. Thanks!

My team and I have been trouble shooting this issue for a couple weeks now, and I feel like we have tried everything.
