As of approx. an hour ago, I'm unable to update any of my existing prototype links (the upload bar will move up to 50% and freeze), and none of my links can be accessed by our team, instead displaying this error message:
Internal Server Error
Request ID: 3155f433-4bb8-43ed-8c9d-d0b89838bb32
If this is a server issue, when can I expect it to be resolved? Otherwise, what steps can I take to address the problem?

- browsers used
Some things to try:
- Publish from different network
- Create new link
- Try simple document

Now when I try to create a prototype I'm getting an error message saying "This feature isn't available because your organization has enabled restrictions". I'm an individual user, I don't have the team plan. This isn't OK, I need to get my work done. What is going on?

I just updated to XD 9.0.12.19 this morning and am no longer able to view any published prototypes. I've even removed the password on the files to see if I can open them, but no. I keep getting this error:
Unknown error. Please try again later.
Is anyone else having this issue? My developers are all complaining because the no longer have access to the prototypes and specs.

About the unknown error issue, it is because of an outage that the team is working on. It should hopefully be fixed soon. Stay tuned for updates. Apologize for the inconvenience meanwhile.

I'm also having the same problem. Everytime I upload my prototype for sharing, it will stop at around 50%.
- There was a problem uploading your design (error 44:63:0).
