Unable to Update Project Links in Adobe XD

For the past two days, I have been attempting to update a project link so that the client can see the update.

I changed the connection without a hitch, but yesterday it abruptly displayed the notice "You're disconnected." Try again after checking your internet connection.

I have made several attempts to develop additional links, projects, and cloud-based storage options. I've applied these to several projects. Both ethernet and wifi have been tested. All convey the same message to me.

I have the most recent version for the XD and I use Windows. Everything works properly, including my internet connection.
Next, what should I do?
