Unable to update the XD library design system

Hello everyone, 

this problem is driving me crazy, whenever I try to update the library, it displays the bottom blue bar and nothing happens. 

I have tried many solutions, like killing the Adobe creative cloud, signing out from it. I even deleted the design system from the library but still didn't work. 

Now the whole app isn't linked to my design system and I have to link it all over again, but this issue has to be resolved first.

please help

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD & OS.
  2. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Please try updating the library and if it doesn't work, please collect System Logs and share it with us.

 

We're here to help, just need more information.

Hello, The version I am using is (48.0.12) , I have tried with a lighter design system and this issue isn't occuring, it only occurs with this specific one. I will send a private message with the library and system logs
