Hello,
Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but i'm not able to open a support ticket.
I would like to install and use Adobe XD without beeing connected to the internet (as we work in a close environnement on out project). Is it possible, and if yes how can I do it ?
I saw a similar post (How to use Adobe XD offline?), but in this one a connection was possible on the first use.
Hi @Thomas28185679g9a5 ,

Hi @Rishabh_Tiwari,
Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately it won't be possible in our network, we'll have to find another solution.

Thomas

Hi @Thomas28185679g9a5
I have the same kind of situation - not possible to connect to network at any time. Have you found another solution, would you like to share it? 🙂

Hello @Anniina29384558fgdd,
Unfortunately I did not. The request came out from a user on the network I administrate but I don't know how they are doing since they can't download it. I guess they use it on our open network (we have one open and one closed network) and import it on a readable format.
Regards,
Thomas

Hi @Anniina29384558fgdd ,
Thank you for reaching out. As Thomas mentioned, the only way to access XD is occasionally connecting to the internet. The apps attempt to validate your software license every 30 days. Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
Thanks
Rishabh
