Since I did the update 7.0.12, it interrupts and shut down at least once a day... Your new version is really unstable please correct it.

Hi Laura,

We haven't really heard of many crash issues in the latest version. Can you let us know the following?

- Does this happen with all files or just some?

- Are your files on a local or remote drive?

- Does your computer meet the system requirements specified in Adobe XD System requirements ?

- Did you make any updates to your computer recently?

Let us know, and if required, I will raise a support case for further investigation.

Thanks,

Preran

-Does this happen with all files or just some?

it happens to all my files. Even if the file is very light, or when I want to create a new one.

- Are your files on a local or remote drive?

Both, it depends. On local, and on a remote drive, it doesn't seem to make a difference.

- Does your computer meet the system requirements specified in Adobe XD System requirements ?

Yes.

- Did you make any updates to your computer recently?

No, just the usual OS update last month.

I did the Adobe XD update last week and since then I have problems.

I went back to the previous version, and I have no problem anymore.

Exactly same here. It used to work nicely. Now almost everytime I do an operation it shuts down. Maximizing the window for sure shuts it down.

LATEST

This is a relatively old topic. Are you still using version 7? The current version is 10, and many things will have been fixed since April.
