We have detected a problem with your network settings

I am having issues accesing my Xd libraries. When I open CC in the browser I can view them but when I try to open them in the desktop app or a Xd file, the following error populates: We have detected a problem with your network settings

 

 

has anyone had any luck with resolving this issue?
