Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an enterprise scale CMS (content management system)

https://www.adobe.com/uk/marketing/experience-manager.html

Adobe XD is an UI/X design and prototyping tool

https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/xd.html

Never heard of "Adobe DX" 😉

If you're looking for a Java development tool, AEM is nothing to do with it, while XD can be used at concept/design/prototyping stage of your app development, but it's not a development tool.

Adobe DX is Adobe Digital Experience.Adobe DX represents includes Marketo, Analytics Target, Experience Manager, Experience Platform, and Real-Time CDP.  "DX" is made up of core technologies whose goal is to support the creation, management, delivery, and optimization of customized digital customer experiences.  This is great for brands who can use these systems to integrate with their internal and external systems.

Quick comment on Adobe DX. Not 100% sure, but I believe it's an internal group within Adobe. It's Adobe's Digital Experience Team. Part of the company that markets, supports, etc the Digital Marketing tools that Adobe sells. So Marketo is a product that the Adobe DX team works on.
