Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an enterprise scale CMS (content management system) https://www.adobe.com/uk/marketing/experience-manager.html Adobe XD is an UI/X design and prototyping tool https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/xd.html Never heard of "Adobe DX"  If you're looking for a Java development tool, AEM is nothing to do with it, while XD can be used at concept/design/prototyping stage of your app development, but it's not a development tool.

Quick comment on Adobe DX. Not 100% sure, but I believe it's an internal group within Adobe. It's Adobe's Digital Experience Team. Part of the company that markets, supports, etc the Digital Marketing tools that Adobe sells. So Marketo is a product that the Adobe DX team works on.
