What the Hell is going on with XD?

So now when I bring in an outline element from adobe Illustrator with more than one part it goes insane.. it won't scale correctly.  Please see the enclosed video...Please help.https://adobe.ly/39vEVFk

Guesss it's the Responsive Resize feature. Helpful at times, but mostly annoying, because it's on by default. Try switching that thing off.
