When sharing XD project link for review do client's see uninstalled fonts?

If I use Lato for example and the client doesn't have it installed on their computer, do they still see Lato font or do they see something else? Is text selectable either way, or does it get outlined to shapes?

1.Yes the fonts will be shown along with the missing font icon and fonts will ben listed under Missing Fonts section [Attached the screenshot]

  
2.No, the text don't get outlined to shapes..the text object reamins in original state.
