When uploading the XD files to Zeplin it gives error: Multiple Adobe XD CC instances running.

Hi Mythsmitigated123,

Sorry that you are unable to export to Zeplin and getting an error which says "Multiple Adobe XD instances are running". Would you mind restarting XD and check if that works for you? I would also request you to share the version of Adobe XD and OS build which you are using.

I did restart my XD several times, and the XD Version I'm using is 18.1.12.1

  • Did this start happening after the latest update?
  • Which version of Zeplin and OS build are you using?

I would also request you to reinstall Adobe XD and check if that helps.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD and the Operating System.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Please try quitting Adobe XD and then end all Adobe related processes in Task Manager or Activity monitor and then try again.

 I'm having the same prroblem.

I just updated my adobe xd. trying to export my files (one or few) to zeplin, and recieving the same announcement.

Yes, I'm up to date. the zeplin was already built in in my adobe (working with Mac. don't remember I downloaded  it, but maybe I did). I'm working with the zeplin application
