Why i can't open document via USB on android

Have you done all of the following?

• Plugged your Android device into your Mac/PC via USB.
• Have the XD app open on both your Android device and Mac/PC?

1. Did you look at title? I have problem with USB.

2. I have opened XD on both devices

Yes I read it, but was just making sure .

I just looked up the USB connection on Adobe's site:

How to download and use Adobe XD on mobile to preview designs and prototypes

And it says USB connection is available only on Adobe XD on macOS. Maybe you're using Windows?
