Will Adobe XD be revived and developing further now?

Really looking forward to new Adobe XD updates, after a year of uncertainty... But what plans does Adobe have for it now?

XD is in maintaince mode. I do not see any signs that it will be returned to active development. Most of team has either taken new roles in Adobe or left. I suggest you look to a new tool for your work flow.

Since Adobe terminated the deal with Figma I suppose there should be at least a consideration of reviving it some how ...

I would agree. Seems so foolish when companies like Google and Adobe bring an end to products their users have helped form and become familiar with only to abandon them rather than look to those users for insights on how to improve them. Guess that's why they make the big bucks. They would rather spend billions on buying other companies than employing a team to work on an existing product and make it a contender. I know Figma is broadly accepted and respected. But for those of us in the Adobe eco system, it was a good thing to have another option. Sad.
