Adobe xd work is not synchronized.
Cloud cc exists as a different version of the file.
What should I do?
Modifications made in Windows are not reflected in the Mac.
It is not an Internet network problem.

This problem occurs in all files. Whenever I have a problem, I save the file under a different name and upload it back into the cloud.
I will collect log information and contact you again.

Can you provide us with the log files using the Log collector tool? Log Collector Tool
After you have the log files, upload them to a shared location such as CC, Google Drive, or Dropbox and share the URL with us.
