Working in co-editing files keeps crashing the Adobe XD

In our situation, we have 4 people working in the same file and it's becoming almost unbearable having to constantly re-do our work. The weird thing is that this crashing pattern isn't constant. Sometimes the file is easy peasy to work with, and sometimes, like in the past 2 days, its burning the hell out of our brains. 😭

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD and OS. Please ensure that all the collaborators are on the latest version of XD, which is 33.1.12.4.
  2. Do all the collaborators get the error 2144 or a specific collaborator?
  3. Does that file make the system crash? If yes, do you get the option to submit the crash report?
  4. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  5. Please collect and share the system logs: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

  2. Do all the collaborators get the error 2144 or a specific collaborator? (Only two collaborators are getting the error. I'm getting the error 2143)
  3. Does that file make the system crash? If yes, do you get the option to submit the crash report? (Yes)
  4. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files? (In every file we work with co-editing)
  5. Please collect and share the system logs: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Adding a fresh new update, now I'm also getting the ERROR 2148 whenever I try to the open the file. My co-workers still can work in the file but I, the admin, can't anymore 😤
