This issue has been fixed in the latest update released today. In the CC desktop application, click the gear icon and select Check for app updates.

Hi MGDH,

Were these functionalities working as intended before you updated to the latest version? Did you make any changes to your computer recently?

Can you do us a favor and check if you have the latest graphic drivers installed on your computer by visiting the manufacturer's site?
