XD can't load or create cloud documents?

I'm having trouble with XD. It is not loading my cloud documents, and neither allowing me to create new documents. This happened after I shifted from my old MacBook to a new one. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions found on this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.html), but nothing works. When I try to log out of my creative cloud account from my old MacBook, it says that the creative cloud cannot connect to the Adobe servers. What do I do? Please help as soon as possible as I have an assignment to submit soon, and I cannot do it without XD!!!

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Have you tried re-installing XD? Please ensure that you are signed in with the same email address using which the documents were created. If this doesn't work as well, please contact us directly using this link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
