XD Can't Open Any File

I CAN open the application, but CAN'T open any file, nor creating a new file. No error code or any other respond/feedback, it just stays blank, can't click any button, no reaction. I've try reinstalling, installing older versions, rebooting my PC, nothing works.

Please try the suggestions shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.ug.html#unable-to-save-cloud-docs and in case if this doesn't help, please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and once uninstalled, please re-install and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
