XD Crashes Consistently on "Share for Review"

New Here ,
Sep 19, 2019 Sep 19, 2019

I have an XD file which isn't even a particuarly big or complex file, but every single time I try to export to prototype via Share for Review it gets to 30%, hangs for 5-10 seconds, then XD crashes with no explanation, error notice, NOTHING. Just closes right up.

Anyone else having this problem? Know what might be causing it? Most importantly, how I might fix it?

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear that you're facing trouble using Adobe XD. We haven't heard anyone reporting the same as of now. We will try our best to help you. A few more details would be super helpful.

  • What is the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • Have you installed latest update to your graphic card drivers? Please visit the manufacturer website to check for latest update to your drivers.

I would also request you to please try the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html and let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi there, thanks for the details. I would like to confirm if you have tried the workaround solutions that Harshika has mentioned in her last post?

Thanks,

Atul_Saini

Technically no, but that's because all of the potential solutions in the linked document are either for circumstances I am not experiencing or versions of CC that I am not using (i.e. I am not an Enterprise user, not using a Proxy Server or Kivuto, and not receiving ANY error codes, let alone the two listed) so nothing in that document except "Contact Us For Help" is apploicable to me.

Hi there,

Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. Would you mind confirming if you are on the latest version of Adobe XD (v23.1)? and still facing the issue.

Thanks,

Harshika
