I'm having an issue where just recently, random files I need to work on are trying to load and crashing instantly. I've done the graphic card updates, Windows 10 updates, and driver updates. Nothing is working for me and I need these files to open.

Hi,

which version of Adobe XD are you using it? Have you tried to log out and re-enter your Adobe account?

Hi,

thanks for the answer. Try to make a new installation of Adobe XD. I suggest you use Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the software. Once the procedure is over, install Adobe XD again and check if the problem persists.
