Hello,
I was having all those Rosetta issues, so I deleted my adobe files and then reinstalled etc... Adobe CC working not but the linking of XD files to the Creative Cloud is not functioning. I can work on local files but not save to the cloud or edit existing cloud files or see them from XD.
