Hi, Please help me

Today I turned on my computer and went to open an XD file to work and the file had the extension. ~ tmp.

I do not understand why the file is missing and now appears only a tmp. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
I took a print of the file for you to look at.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

  1. The version of XD and OS.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Is this a local file or cloud file?
  4. If it's a cloud file, please check if you are able to access the file here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
  5. If it's happening with a specific file, please add the file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.

Note: Please add this discussion link in the subject while sending DM.
