XD gets disconnected very frequently after recent update.

Hi Guys,

 

Its really getting tough to complete a single task offlate.

3-5 times a minute, XD gets disconnected and have to relaunch creative everytime.

the network is proper and all other tools and sites work so smoothly, but this some unknown error of XD interrupts the work real badly. And its happening after the update done couple of days back.

Need some sincere attention towards it for the resolution.

We are sorry for the trouble. Could you please share the screenshot of your About XD info page? Please try signing out of XD, Creative Cloud desktop app, restart the machine, and then sign back in.

 

Does that happen with all files or a specific file? 

 

We'll try our best to investigate.

Guys, this is getting onto my nerves now. XD getting stuck and work stalled atleast 8-10 times in a minute. Even unable to save it as it stops all of sudden and whatever is worked upon, vanishes.

need real urgent attention and resolution. using this tool for official work and cant keep giving this silly reason of XD getting hang every 10 seconds and taking 10 hours for an hour task.
