Hey Adobe,

Everytime I opens XD in my windows it simply crashes saying update the app, when I am already using the updated version. This keeps happening everytime, I can handle this pain but recently due to these errors, two of our published prototype links got interlinked. Now, all our development plannings made based on prototype link URLs for each module from the browser is kind of gone, and all efforts is simply wasted.

Now I need to answer top leadership, don't know. What to say man, I am the one getting blamed, we didn't left XD and switched to Figma but, leave. please fix XD ASAP!!!

Hi @AlirazaPrudent ,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. I understand the disappointment and frustration caused by the repeated crashes and the misleading prompt to update the app. Please ensure you're on the latest version of XD, v57.0, and if it's already up to date, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error?  Regarding the published link, could you please share more about how the two links hot interlinked or what exactly happened? We'll try our best to assist you with this.

Thanks

Rishabh
