XD Problem // get error code 50

Hi community,

I have a problem with XD, if I create a new Artwork I get the error code 50.

And then I can`t  work.

I have adobe creative cloud reinstalled but the problem is the same

pleasssse help

I can't create a new file. I just installed XD an hour ago so I don't think I need to reinstall it.Screen Shot 2018-12-21 at 12.19.34 PM.png

I am not sure if this is related, but I encourage you to have a look at this discussion:

Adobe XD - Unable to create new project

If none of those solutions are relevant or helpful, can you send us the log collector files as requested by Elaine. You can upload them to a shared location such as Creative Cloud and share the link with me or Elaine over a private message.  To send a private message, click our picture and use the Message button.

Apologize for your experience. Can you confirm that you are on the latest version of Adobe XD? Just to be sure, when does this happen - immediately after you create a new Artboard, or when you try to save it?

I have never successfully started a new file. this happens when I click "new" and then I clicked on "web" to open a new file. I did open an existing file (sent from someone else) that opened fine.

I have XD 14.0.42.14... installed this morning.

Thank you for the info. Can you provide us with the Creative Cloud Sync version on your computer? See this link Re: Adobe XD - Unable to create new project​ where Elaine has provide info on identifying the version.

We are investigating this issue, and your help is much appreciated. Also, if you can send us the log files.

Hey there! The problem you're experiencing is likely due to the fact that your Creative Cloud Sync is out of date. Can you send me the CC Sync version number to be sure? In the Creative Cloud desktop application, hit the ... button > Preferences > Creative Cloud > Files, and send me the CC Sync version number.

That's the version of CC, not the CC sync version. On the second tab, select "Files" - there's another version number there. Thanks!

Sync version: 3.1.0.8

Your sync version should be at least 4.1.0.27. Is Creative Cloud Sync enabled on your CC desktop application?
