When logging into a shared document on the cloud to edit it, a 'connecting...' modal shows for a few seconds then XD flickers while it attempts to connect to the cloud.
I've gone through all fixes I can find in the forum to no avail, so I ran the Log Collector tool and uploaded this file: AdobeLogs_20211019_045041_422-win.zip
I'm unable to do any collaborative editing with my team due to this issue, so XD is dead in the water for me until this is rectified.
