XD share link is not working for more than two weeks

Hi

Am tired of trying to figuer out how to access commnets of my developers.
I cannot access through adobe ID and through the sahre link uit self, i get the 

Something went wrong

You can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error.

 

I got this for weeks for now, and no change.

in reporting the error, i got mystic account that even i register it says my account is not there.

Adobe come on why i need to strugel to get hat it suppose to work.

How to make this hell link working?

For some it works for other dont. i tried on 4 browsers, cleaned my cach with fery and Domestis allot of times and no use. before all was good.

When you say "for some it works, for others it doesn't", do you mean that some users can access the link and others can't? Is there anything in common between them? Is this link protected somehow? Can anyone access it, or is it invitation only or password protected? If it's not strictly confidential, can you send me the link through PM so I can try it myself?

 

If you create a new link from the same file, can you access it?

 

While accessing the link, can you open the developer tools in the browser (Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + I) and check the console & network tab for any errors? Open them before opening the link.

i add there email to get access, some get the create account and other get the error message, me also the ownerr of the link cannot access as will.
I copied the design to new file and created new link, got same issue (Something went wrong.)

I see. I have no problem accessing the link you provided.

 

It looks like this is a broader outage & the issue is with your connection to Adobe's servers, rather than a problem with a specific file. Are you having any connection problems with the Creative Cloud and other Adobe services / apps?

 

Are you using a VPN? What country is your team located in? Are you all accessing it from the same country or are you international?

 

Not sure if I can provide any useful suggestions, have you tried contacting Adobe support through chat or phone?

i want to be clear with you, seriousy, the is start of second week to solve a hell that have no connection with me.
Insted of doing light supporting, after few messages take my case serously and deligated to your developers, servers, IT team whoever who solve this stuff insted of exchnaging messages a week allready.

Other wise i dont see a use to pay for XD use as i can use it free or i can go to Figma and close this issue.
So give it a thought and do what solve issues, as i dont have much time guessing and testing.

He means that you can go into the Creative Cloud app, and in the top right corner, click on your portrait and then sign out. After that sign back in with your account. I personally don't think this is the issue, as you're saying others have trouble opening the link as well.

 

On contacting the Adobe support, you can tell the virtual assistant that you'd like to talk to a person / agent (write "I'd like to chat with an agent" for example). Alternatively, you can call the support via phone, here are the phone numbers for all regions.

You think i didnt done this in the start, playing the game of pay for a service and do stupid things.
Oh, i think i missed my school day when they tjough my class that i need to guess that adobe virtual assistanc can understand a basics that every human know by heart to ask it to connect me to real people. 
seruoisly i feel my self stupid and old aged. I dont know who decide to integrate such stuff in Adobe, but they didnt hear about UX at all or lets be old fashioned they didnt hear about USABILITY

Its seems, wo earns in adobe is tottaly put of clearity of developers, who is out of clearity of support,who is out of clearity of customer.
NO i dont wnat to deal with this closed circle system that throw every thing on customer shoulder.

 

Take responsibility and be responsible for the prodcut you have or build. other wise its people fooling process

I'm not an Adobe employee, just helping out people around here. 🙂

 

But I understand your frustration. In the end of the day, the issue you're having can only (possibly) be solved by Adobe, and for that you will need to get in touch with their support one way or another, no matter how unpleasant the experience might be.
