XD shared libraries files and libraries disappear occasionally

Hello I am using Adobe XD in a team , we have 3 licenses and shared libraries and files between the 3. But the shared resources dissappear from my cloud occasionally and then they are again available. Tried to fix this with reinstall on XD. changing the ownership of the files, restarting the XD. Even if I am the owner I don't see any asset, library or file available. For some reason even if I try to access something shared with me, I have a button Get Adobe XD. The cloud does not show it as an installed app , but it is.

Not sure how they even come back to be available. Does anyone face the same issue? What are the possible fixes?
