Last night, I realized I couldn't open my cloud document - it was stuck in syncing forever. This morning, I tried logging out of CC, restarting XD, restarting the computer, and asking my collaborator to reinvite me to the project... I still can't open it.
It would be good if someone from Adobe can help me with this problem. Thanks!

The problem is only specific to this file. My collaborator can open the file.
