XD takes a while to respond when going between it and any other programs

Whenever I have multiple programs open and I move from XD to another one and back to XD, XD takes a while to respond again. I can still move around the screen using the scroll on my mouse but can't zoom or use the program for several seconds until it responds again. Just wondering if this is a global bug or something to do with my computer/settings.

Is the problem reproducible at you end all the time? If yes, please record a video and share with us.
