I have all apps in my plan and when I start installing XD using my Creative Cloud app it gets to around 45% then stops and I get a red Installation Failed message instead. I have tried restarting and it is the same. How can I install the app?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. There must be some issue with CCD .
You can use Cleaner tool to clean creative cloud and its apps and re-install Creative cloud then Xd
