Could missing font links or broken library element links stop or prevent an xd publishing/sharing link from updating future publishing/sharing HTML URL links?

If you're referring to "View Setting", I am using "Design Review" for the View Setting.

Thank you for sharing the requested info. Could you please try to share the link using the phone's hotspot or an open network and check if you are still getting the same issue? It looks like there might be some restrictions on the network.
