Adobe XD breaking when activating text tool

I recently updated the tool and used it normally, but from Tuesday to date, whenever I open Adobe XD and activate the Text tool (I can't type something) the program closes immediately.

 

The version I have installed is v 24.3.22.

 

Can anyone give you a hand?

Here is some solution when the text tool do not function correctly in Photoshop. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop.html.

It doesn't work! I even got to restore windows, but even yes the problem persists.
