Adobe XD crashes immediately after opening

Hello,

I'm having an issue with Adobe XD - As soon as I open it, it crashes and closes. Below is the error dump from event viewer:

I'm currently using Windows 10 1709 (Build 16299.904) if this helps. Can anyone advise what the issue might be? I have tried reinstalling it and reinstalling Adobe CC altogether, but no joy.

Can you try the following and let me know your observations?

  1. In this document, tAdobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows​ , try only the 8th step in the procedure. That is, follow only the instructions for vcruntime140.dll.
  2. After you are done, uninstall Adobe XD, reinstall, and then open Adobe XD.
