Adobe XD crashes with a white scree. Happening on Windows build 1909

We recently upgraded to windows build 1909 and installed Adobe XD. It crashes within 10 seconds after showing a white screen. I have seen related posts of this issue on other windows versions but never saw any feedback that it was fixed. I had started a thread on this issue for other windows version with Avanish Divya from Adobe technical support. this has been going on for past 6 months In between windows released 1909 build and Avanish confirmed that XD is stable with this build.

But the same issue is happening. We re running enterprise license
