Hi,

I own a Macbook Pro 15", mid 2015.

I am currently on Mac Os Big Sur 11.2.3.

I can not open Adobe XD.

I have installed the 3 different versions, and none of them open.

It says it can not open.

The others Adobe softwares seems to work.

Can you help me ? Does it mean that adobe XD does not work on the actual Mac OS version..?

Thanks

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please uninstall the app using the Adobe Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Once it's uninstalled, please re-install and let us know if that works or if you need any further assistance.

Perfectly working me for me.
But I owned MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019) with macOS Big Sur v11.2.3.
