Hello Harshika,

I found that uninstalling XD and reinstalling helped. I am all set now. Thank you!

Hi Vinay,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try restarting XD by holding the Shift key and once it's launched, please check if you are able to open the files.

I'd also request you to collect and share system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Regards

Rishabh

I can't open anything either. It even freezes on the crash report screen.

Sorry for the delay in response. Have you shared the Adobe Logs with Rishabh so that we can escalate the issue to the team for investigation? Please also share the OS and XD version of your machine.

We will try our best to help.

Note: Please also add the url of the post over a PM for reference.

Thanks,

Harshika
