I tried to fix this problem with adobe korea but they didn't give an answer for my problem, so I ask here.
I use MacOS Mojave, I downloaded adobe xd and it didn't work.
when I open XD, it just shut down and mac said that adobe xd closed unexpectedly.
Please solve this problem. I want to use XD
I have the exact same problem, and here is the solution:
1. Open Adobe XD.
2. Turn off Wi-Fi.
3. Turn off Ethernet.
4. Launch a New XD Document/Project.
5. Turn back on Wi-Fi & Ethernet.

Hi 수빈황,
Sorry that you encountered this unexpected crash. I would like to know if by any chance you are using dual monitor setup? I would also like to know if there is a specific workflow which leads to this crash? Would it be possible for you to share the crash logs?
Please take a look at this similar discussion and check if this works out for you Re: ADOBE XD keeps crashing on Mac 10.14.4
Thanks,

Sorry, I don't use dual monitor setup.
I installed adobe xd at the adobe creative cloud and tried to open XD, it didn't work.
It opened a second, and then closed immediately.
This is my crash logs.

I know this could be frustrating for you how, however, it could be a great help to get to the root cause. I would like to know if you have checked message #3 from Corey on this link:Re: ADOBE XD keeps crashing on Mac 10.14.4 and had any luck with it.
Thanks,
