I have the exact same problem, and here is the solution:1. Open Adobe XD.2. Turn off Wi-Fi.3. Turn off Ethernet.4. Launch a New XD Document/Project.5. Turn back on Wi-Fi & Ethernet.

Hi 수빈황,

Sorry that you encountered this unexpected crash. I would like to know if by any chance you are using dual monitor setup? I would also like to know if there is a specific workflow which leads to this crash? Would it be possible for you to share the crash logs?

Please take a look at this similar discussion and check if this works out for you Re: ADOBE XD keeps crashing on Mac 10.14.4

Thanks,

Sorry, I don't use dual monitor setup.

I installed adobe xd at the adobe creative cloud and tried to open XD, it didn't work.

It opened a second, and then closed immediately.

This is my crash logs.

Thanks for sharing the logs Subin, would you mind uploading the crash log to CC or dropbox and share the link here as well.

I know this could be frustrating for you how, however, it could be a great help to get to the root cause. I would like to know if you have checked message #3 from Corey on this link:Re: ADOBE XD keeps crashing on Mac 10.14.4 and had any luck with it.

Thanks,
