Adobe XD download "wrong code:P204"

I tried to download Adobe XD free starter plan in Taiwan and failed.

It popped up a screen showed "wrong code: P204"

Do anyone know how to deal with this?

I've asked Adobe Customer Service both in Taiwan and the US,

one told me to come to this Forum and ask, the other just
sent me the link for free download from the official website,
the same one I tried before!

If anyone had the same problem
or anyone know how to fix it
please help! thank a lot!

Very strange, in this case I suggest you uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud and then try to install Adbobe XD. If necessary, you can also use the tool Creative Cloud Cleaner. Yes, I also checked the meaning on the website,

the problem is I don't even know what it means "Occurs when there is a problem accessing a critical file/directory during download." There is no solution for this situation either in the same page...
Or maybe the free stater plan is just not valid now, have to pay to download?
