During work on yesterday morning, XD was sudden stop working and I rebooted my computer.
After then, I opened XD working file, but I couldn't. only see the error code 89 message.
Run the other PC same occur. It was very important file for me. please help me.
(mac OS - Sierra 10.12.6)

Thank you for your reply. I already contact two times for ask this error to Adobe Korea.
But, They didn't gave any accurate solutions to me and unkindly, they conducted the wrong forum link or do request here.
I have not fluent english skill, Can I get the more kindly korean phone call service?
How can I get the correct solutions?

It is likely to be a head office rather than a help line, but they might be able to put you in contact with someone you can speak to.
